Will there be dust?

Yes and no.    If we are ripping out a wall/bathroom/kitchen, then yes, no matter how well the rooms are sealed off, a thin layer of dust will most likely accumulate in the house. If we are installing crown molding, no.

Are we licensed and insured?

Yes, we are licensed in the Commonwealth of PA and the City of Philadelphia.  We also carry a $2,000,000 dollar general liability policy with Farm Family Insurance.

How does a change order/add on work?

If there is something not in the contract that you would like to do, a change order will be submitted (first verbal, then in writing) to the client before work will be completed. A 50% deposit will be given before the work is started concerning the change order.

Do you offer a referral program?

Yes.  If we are referred by a client, we will compensate you 5% (up to $150 dollars) of the original contract signed by the person you referred to us.

Do I charge for consultation?

Not in most cases.  If we feel the time to discuss a part of the project is going on for more then is feasible concerning the scope of the work being discussed,  we will ask to be compensated for the time lost talking instead of working.

Do you give “freebies?”

No.  Any work not discussed in the contract will be submitted with a change order even if you do NOT ask us how much it will cost to do.  We do off cash incentinves in our referral program.

How long have you been in business?

Aiello Contracting Inc. started in 2002.  The owner, Lawrence Aiello, started in the trade in 1998 working for a home improvement contractor in Long Island, NY.

How do I get formal proposals for an insurance claim?

We charge $75 dollars for a formal insurance proposal, which is then credited back to you once a contract is signed concerning the project.  We do offer a verbal proposal for free.
